Our countdown to the 2011 NBA draft continues with a look at 6-foot-10 forward/center Jeremy Tyler.

Tyler, 20, may have the most interesting story of all the draft prospects. At 17,Cheap Gucci Clothing he was considered the top high school player in the Class of 2010 and became the first American-born player to leave high school early and play professionally overseas, forgoing his senior season in an attempt to get more NBA-ready.

After a short-lived stint with Israeli team Maccabi Haifa in 2009, leaving with five weeks left in the season, Tyler eventually landed with the Tokyo Apache of Japan's professional league.

He averaged 9.9 points, 6.4 rebounds and 15 minutes in 33 games off the bench with the Apache, playing for former NBA coach Bob Hill.

"It's definitely been a journey. But it's definitely developed me as a player, on and off the court," Tyler said after a recent workout for the New Jersey Nets. "I just wanted to grow up, I wanted to challenge myself as a basketball player and I wanted to challenge myself as a young man."

Tyler, who will work out in Portland Thursday, Cheap Chanel Boots measured out at 6-10.5 in shoes at last month's combine and boasts a 7-5 wingspan and 9-2 standing reach.
